Authorizes

Mangrove International LLC, as specified above, to use the recordings and content, even partially, in the broadest possible manner, granting the company all related rights of use and economic exploitation.

As a result, the undersigned authorizes the aforementioned company to use, free of charge and indefinitely, their portrait or recorded audio/video materials featuring them, the transcribed content thereof, the surrounding environments, locations, objects, and documents that appear in the recordings, even in partial and/or modified or adapted form, created by designated personnel for informational, research, cultural, and educational purposes.

The undersigned also authorizes Mangrove International LLC to use their personal data free of charge, even in partial and/or modified, adapted, transcribed, and/or summarized form, for the aforementioned purposes and further authorizes the company to indicate and consequently share within the created audio-video materials, transcriptions, and any associated images.

The above authorization grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable license to third parties for the use of the materials, including but not limited to: the right of publication; the right of reproduction in any manner or form; the right of transcription, editing, adaptation, elaboration, and reduction; the right of communication and public distribution, including projection, transmission, and broadcasting (for example, via IPTV, mobile terminals, VoIP, digital channels, social networks, etc.), even in summarized and/or reduced form, through any technical means; the right to store copies of the materials in electronic form and on any known or future technological medium for the above-defined purposes and within the stated limits.

The Undersigned Further Declares

  • That they hold, have not exclusively transferred, or have reacquired the rights subject to this agreement and are therefore free to dispose of them as necessary to execute this authorization
  • That they release and hold harmless Mangrove International LLC from any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense, including legal fees, arising from or in any way connected to third-party claims or disputes regarding the use of the materials by Mangrove International LLC
  • That they have read the privacy notice concerning the processing of their portrait and/or audio/video recordings

This privacy notice is provided in compliance with U.S. law.

The personal data of the person portrayed, recorded, or filmed will be processed, even through fully or partially automated means, solely for purposes connected with the execution of this agreement.

Providing personal data is optional; however, refusal to provide the data will make it impossible to execute this agreement. Personal data may be shared with employees, collaborators, and suppliers of Mangrove International LLC, as well as with any entity required by applicable regulations to receive such data for the proper fulfillment of obligations related to this agreement, and in any case, only to the extent necessary for achieving the purposes stated above.

Image data, along with any expressly provided personal data for which explicit consent was given at the time of registration of the audio/video material and its transcription, will be published on the website www.mangroveinternational.info and associated social media platforms, with the possibility of further sharing via other social networks not directly linked to mangroveinternational.info.
